A Photoshoot along the Strasburg, VA Riverwalk
If you're somehow not planning your photoshoot at the river upon seeing these photos what *are* you waiting for?! The gorgeous evening glow, mountain ridge, changing leaves and flowing river were almost as beautiful as this sweet family. It had been awhile since I photographed anyone at the riverwalk and I'm already wanting to go back again! These were mom and dad's favorites from their proofing gallery and they chose some great ones.
The Strasburg Riverwalk is a beautiful location in the Shenandoah Valley for those looking to plan a photoshoot involving water and a gorgeous mountain ridge, and this was one of my favorite sessions to date. Parking is located at the riverside for easy river access, and the path along the river is at just the right angle for a sunset glow!
The kids were so full of smiles, the weather perfect, and the river so peaceful and serene. I have an obsession with natural bodies of water and the river is no exception. My family camps along the Shenandoah every year so it's a big part of our lives and I hope will continue to be for many years to come. Strasburg has such a sweet small town feel and the Riverwalk is a definite highlight.
